The calculator does not require an account. Workload inputs are used to generate estimates in the site experience. If you create or share a URL containing workload parameters, those values become part of that URL.

Privacy considerations mainly come from the data you place in a shareable URL, normal web infrastructure, and the third-party sites you choose to visit.
Technical request data
Like most web services, hosting and delivery infrastructure can process standard technical request information such as an IP address, user agent, request time, and requested path for delivery, reliability, and security purposes.
Third-party destinations
Links to provider websites, including affiliate links, take you to third-party services. Their privacy practices, cookies, analytics, and account handling are governed by their own policies.
Shareable URLs
A shared calculator URL can encode workload settings so another person can reproduce the same scenario. Anyone who receives that URL can read the values it contains. Avoid treating a share link as private storage.
Future changes
If AutomationCosts adds accounts, saved calculations, forms, analytics, or other features that materially change data handling, this page should be updated to describe those features and the relevant choices available to users.
